Blondehouse are a three-piece alternative rock outfit made up of Charlie McIlvena (lead vocals and guitar), Lachy Demasi (bass and backing vocals), and Marcus Rosman (drums). Born out of the streets of Geelong but now based in Melbourne, Blondehouse blend elements of grunge, alternative rock and britpop in their recorded output and electric live shows. Raw emotion, infectious energy and introspective lyricism are held tightly to their chests.

Formed in May 2024, they have already made their mark in Victoria, playing events like Queenscliff Music Festival and Federation Square with ALWAYS LIVE. Blondehouse are finding their success and reputation through word-of-mouth and a critical love of unabashed rock performance.

The release of their debut EP, ‘Fear of the Unknown’ in December 2024 allowed Blondehouse to establish themselves as a band that is earnest and hard-working. Capturing their energy, creative arrangements and melodic songwriting, they’ve set themselves up for success which will only expand in the years to come.
